Quality is the principle at the top of our company principles. Because we as RootArt know that "QUALITY" is the most important factor for customer satisfaction. That's why we process wood, which is a natural material we use in the manufacture of our products, with our expert staff and modern machines.

We know that our quality, which is one of the main factors of our preference, is not only due to our expert staff and our wide machine park but also from the iroko tree we use as raw material. Before we start to use iroko wood, which is very high performance in outdoor conditions, in our facilities, we dry it in our contracted furnaces according to European standards and then start processing. Contrary to the standards, we make our products look fuller and striking with thicker sizes. Thanks to this, we increase the durability of our products.

The fabric used in our products ETISILK company of the Spanish company, which we supply from 3T company engaged in textile distributor in Turkey. We complete our products with world quality standards with full cushion types made of etisilk fabrics and HR (High Resilient) sponges produced in accordance with world quality standards. Thus, we once again state that we do not compromise on quality.

We know well that the quality should not only be limited to the production phase, but should also continue in the following stages. For this reason, we help our dealers to choose the most ideal products in line with their demands at the order stage, we pack the selected products in the most ideal way from the points where they can be damaged during transportation, and finally, we personally check whether the products are loaded intact and properly during transportation. Thus, we make sure that our products reach our valued dealers properly and securely.

While continuing our journey with this understanding of quality, we also continue to work on improving our existing system.
